💼 About This Role

You'll lead CRO laboratory projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning and execution. Your work will accelerate the development of novel therapeutics by managing assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, and kitting. This client-facing role requires internal cross-functional leadership to drive project performance and client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning and execution
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans
• Coordinate daily activities, delegating tasks to meet contracted work scope
• Communicate with clients and collaborators on data management and shipping procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, pharma, or biotech company
• Excellent MS Office/MS 365 skills
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
