You'll ensure artistic integrity while coordinating with creative and production teams. You'll also lead project planning and budget management for lighting systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise all activities of the lighting department
• Operate lighting equipment during shows and rehearsals
• Ensure maintenance and repair of lighting systems
• Develop and enforce safety inspection programs

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical show operations experience
• Professional training in arts/entertainment or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ETC APEX and Eos Ti consoles
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
