Description

You will maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot system architecture, address defects, and implement technical solutions for the Department of Justice. You'll also provide security support and occasionally develop data-driven solutions using front-end and back-end languages.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS versions (Server, 10/11) including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and third-party monitoring solutions
• Understanding of backup solutions and disaster recovery processes
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues with long-term solutions
• Understanding of security protocols, best practices, and tools like Windows Defender and firewalls

Responsibilities

• Provision, safeguard, and maintain system infrastructure in an Agile environment
• Maintain IT infrastructure and troubleshoot system architecture
• Address defects, bugs, and implement technical solutions
• Provide system security support by addressing configuration and security vulnerabilities
• Develop data-driven solutions using HTML, JavaScript, Java, and Python for operations and national security events
