You'll create high-performing video ads for a fast-growing AI companionship platform, owning the full production pipeline from concept to final cut. Your work will directly drive user acquisition and engagement across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with a world-class remote team and leverage generative AI tools like Midjourney and Runway to accelerate creative output.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-performing video ads for social and adult platforms.
• Manage full post-production pipeline including audio and color grading.
• Collaborate with marketing team on concepts and storyboards.
• Optimize video content for platform-specific formats and KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience with ad portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway.
• Strong grasp of NSFW/adult content advertising trends and KPIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in adult, dating, or igaming industries.
• Experience with motion design and sound design.
• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS.
