💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end journey for developers discovering and activating on the Lightning AI platform. Your core impact will be driving self-serve adoption through growth experimentation and optimizing developer onboarding. You'll work across product, engineering, and design to make the platform feel magical from the first click.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and execute growth levers across activation, retention, and referral
• Lead experiments on onboarding, sign-up flows, pricing pages, and messaging
• Collaborate with design and engineering to rapidly test hypotheses
• Use data to uncover friction in the developer journey and remove it
• Track metrics like DAU/MAU, activation %, PQLs, and expansion revenue

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in high-growth environments
• 2+ years in consumer/developer products with trial-to-paid motion
• Proven track record running A/B tests and using data for decisions
• Strong analytical skills with product instrumentation and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with model training and inference
• Experience with growth loops, referrals, or pricing experiments
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
