💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead corporate finance and FP&A capability for a leading renewable energy independent power producer. Your work will directly shape strategic capital allocation and liquidity planning to support Pivot's continued growth in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust operational and financial planning across the organization
• Establish near-term and long-term forecasting frameworks for risk management and capital allocation
• Own analytical foundation for capital allocation, liquidity planning, and valuation modeling
• Synthesize complex financial inputs into clear storytelling for executives and board

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience in renewable energy development and operations
• Expert-level financial modeling with corporate models and scenario planning
• Proven success in building and leading high-performing FP&A teams
• In-depth knowledge of solar IPP operations, preferably in distributed generation

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with ERP/EPM systems like Power BI
• Experience designing AI-enabled finance workflows
• Proven capability in data architecture and model governance
