You'll manage enterprise customer portfolios for Anaplan's AI-infused planning platform, driving ROI and adoption across the customer lifecycle. You'll act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, translating platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on Supply Chain Planning, offering deep engagement with Fortune 50 clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders
  • Monitor platform usage and deploy action plans to drive adoption
  • Identify expansion opportunities including AI use cases

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success or presales
  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and EPM
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain planning products
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MBA or CA
  • Experience with value-based selling methodology
  • Background in management consulting
