You'll manage enterprise customer portfolios for Anaplan's AI-infused planning platform, driving ROI and adoption across the customer lifecycle. You'll act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, translating platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on Supply Chain Planning, offering deep engagement with Fortune 50 clients.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews with C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor platform usage and deploy action plans to drive adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities including AI use cases
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success or presales
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and EPM
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain planning products
- Excellent communication and consultative skills

- MBA or CA
- Experience with value-based selling methodology
