  • Lead implementation and improvement of HR processes across employee lifecycle.
  • Own unemployment claims process, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Provide employee relations support to assigned campuses.
  • Manage performance management tools and HR program execution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or compliance
  • Knowledge of federal, NJ, and PA employment laws
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in K-12 education environment
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Master's degree in related field
