๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead implementation and improvement of HR processes across employee lifecycle.
- Own unemployment claims process, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
- Provide employee relations support to assigned campuses.
- Manage performance management tools and HR program execution.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or compliance
- Knowledge of federal, NJ, and PA employment laws
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in K-12 education environment
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Master's degree in related field
