You'll partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs and shape engineering talent strategies for Airwallex's global payments platform. You'll own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving data-informed hiring decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with executives to define hiring needs and align on priorities.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for technical talent.
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting process from outreach to offer.
  • Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years in-house recruiting experience.
  • Deep expertise in engineering hiring across all levels.
  • Proven track record hiring up to Director-level roles.
