You'll own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving data-informed hiring decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with executives to define hiring needs and align on priorities.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for technical talent.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting process from outreach to offer.
- Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years in-house recruiting experience.
- Deep expertise in engineering hiring across all levels.
- Proven track record hiring up to Director-level roles.

- Experience in high-growth tech or fintech companies.
- Familiarity with global talent markets and remote hiring.
