You'll independently manage all documentation for conventional and government-guaranteed loan transactions from origination through closing, interacting with borrowers, counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth closings. This role sits within Pathward's Structured Finance team, dedicated to financial inclusion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary bank representative with all closing parties
• Identify, collect, and review all closing documents
• Coordinate with legal counsel on closing document preparation
• Manage loan closing logistics with partners and vendors

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in operational risk or regulatory compliance
• Ability to analyze and revise financing contracts
• Familiarity with contract drafting and legal terminology
