Description

You will develop strategy, metrics, tools, and software to assess how Starlink scales and serves millions of users globally. You'll work with operators, engineers, and external partners to build infrastructure, automate metrics aggregation, and lead technical investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, physics, mathematics, or STEM
• 1+ years of data/software engineering experience (internship applicable)
• Experience in analytics, data science, or machine learning
• Experience with Spark, Presto, Flink, or Snowflake (preferred)
• Experience with custom ETL design and handling large (TB+) datasets (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, tools, and custom software for growth assessment
• Automate aggregation of metrics and detection of widespread application issues
• Establish relationships with key third-party application/content owners
• Lead technical investigations into chronic application-level issues
• Build ground-based software systems for data ingestion, transformation, and storage
