💼 About This Role

You'll lead area operations at Picnic's fulfilment centres, driving continuous improvement through data and Lean methodologies. You'll own safety, quality, and productivity KPIs while mentoring shift teams. This role offers the chance to shape high-volume logistics in an innovative scale-up environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise one shift weekly to drive process improvements
• Own daily and weekly performance metrics for your area
• Lead teams across multiple shifts boosting engagement and retention
• Manage incident planning and escalate operational issues
• Drive Lean initiatives to remove friction from operations

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of supply chain experience
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-SKU workflows
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in automated or semi-automated fulfilment
• Lean or continuous improvement certification
• Dutch language proficiency
