🎯 What You'll Do

• Process financial transactions including deposits and loan payments
• Train, mentor, and coach teller team on operations and sales
• Engage clients to understand financial needs and present tailored solutions
• Ensure compliance with policies and security requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of teller experience with sales goals
• 2-4 years leading a project, process, or team
• Knowledge of retail products, complex accounts, and consumer lending
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills

• Experience in financial sales representative role
