💼 About This Role

You'll maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, performing routine maintenance and responding to tenant requests. You'll work closely with senior engineers to ensure safe, efficient operations and develop your technical skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work orders and facility systems
• Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment/procedures

✨ Nice to Have

• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements
• Willingness to develop familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
