🎯 What You'll Do

• Own People Ops end-to-end, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding
• Run the London office as a product, managing vendors and space experience
• Plan company-wide events like All Hands, offsites, and board meetings
• Keep people data, contracts, and compliance always accurate

📋 Requirements

• People ops or office management experience in a startup or scale-up
• Proven ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Zapier to automate workflows
• Strong systems thinking to build scalable processes
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Deel or similar payroll platforms
• Background in hospitality or community management at a premium space
• Knowledge of UK visa and relocation processes
