You'll own end-to-end payroll for Campus, a fast-growing edtech startup, while supporting benefits administration. Your core impact will be ensuring accurate, timely payroll across a multi-state workforce and improving payroll systems as the company scales. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end payroll for all employees including faculty
• Manage multi-state payroll operations and reconciliations
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollments
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience
• Strong experience with Rippling payroll system
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
• Proven ability to implement process improvements in payroll

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting payroll through company growth or system changes
• Experience partnering closely with Finance teams
