Description

You will be the domain expert on Stripe Radar, driving revenue through deep customer relationships and influencing the product roadmap. You'll shape the future of fraud and risk intelligence by collaborating with sales and product teams, creating reusable assets, and acting as a trusted advisor to Stripe's largest customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, product, or risk strategy focused on e-commerce fraud prevention.
• Deep knowledge of fraud types: CNP payment fraud, ATO, first-party misuse, policy abuse.
• Knowledge of risk management architectures (rules engines, ML models, manual review).
• Strong understanding of fraud signals/data (device/IP, behavioral biometrics, identity verification, graph analysis).
• Strong software engineering and architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on Stripe Radar product suite globally.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of fraud/risk trends including AI detection and holistic business risk.
• Develop expertise in deploying advanced fraud systems (rule management, ML tuning, manual review).
• Create reference architectures and reusable assets for GTM organization.
• Partner with Radar product and sales teams on largest customer opportunities.
