Description

In this role, you will build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales Development team responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You'll work with Sales leaders, marketing, and executives to evolve this key motion, using data to optimize individual and team results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years SDR management experience with consistent quota attainment
  • 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SDR or full-cycle)
  • Strong expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, social selling
  • Ability to operate at all levels, including cold calling and writing email copy
  • Expert with LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs effectively
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Report on individual and team-level performance to senior leadership
  • Partner with marketing and sales training to improve lead scoring and team skills
