You'll work alongside our Drivers Manager to drive operational growth in Algeria. You will be at the core of driver acquisition and retention strategies, directly impacting Heetch's success.

• Recruit new drivers via on-ground channels to boost sign-ups.
• Monitor driver behavior to ensure optimal platform experience.
• Design and execute engagement actions to maximize app usage.
