Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and knowledge of digital Chinese market
- 4+ years partnerships or relevant work experience (business development, account management, contract negotiations, marketing)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Affiliate marketing experience preferred
- B2B knowledge and ability to recruit agencies or out-of-network publishers preferred
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing
- Knowledge of self-serve platform, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
- Experience in sales or account management with small businesses
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and persuasive
- Comfortable leading client-facing presentations
- Self-motivated and creative problem solver
Responsibilities
- Alignment to client strategy and goals; participate in quarterly planning and execution
- Create plans for recruitment and partner growth initiatives
- Execute recruitment and nurture strategy, including negotiation of terms and campaign setup
- Contribute to overall revenue goals through publisher performance and optimization
- Proactively research and identify new high-quality partnerships
- Successfully recruit high-potential partners and negotiate terms
- Foster relationships with top publishers and manage day-to-day communication
- Pitch innovative opportunities and overcome objections
- Share initial projections and performance results with clients
