💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the reliability and scalability of Coupa's Contract platform by applying SRE best practices on public cloud. You'll own end-to-end availability of mission-critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Your work empowers companies to manage contracts efficiently at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Linux machines, web servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide application support for Java and Ruby applications.
• Own availability and performance of mission-critical services.
• Develop tools and automation to increase system reliability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years handling large-scale production systems.
• AWS or comparable cloud provider experience with certification.
• Terraform and configuration management tools like Chef or Ansible.
• Scripting with Python or Bash.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with observability tools like NewRelic or Datadog.
• Experience in Java or Ruby application support/development.
