💼 About This Role

You'll design innovative commercial interior spaces for CIC's global innovation communities. You'll create schematic floor plans from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet, balancing CIC's design standards with client needs. This role offers the chance to shape the workplace of the future in a dynamic, global environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create schematic floor plans, elevations, and finish schedules
• Perform site analysis and field measurements
• Coordinate with consultants on code compliance and operational standards
• Provide construction administration services including RFI review

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in commercial interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
• Knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
• Ability to create floor plans ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Revit or BIM software
• Familiarity with FF+E selection and procurement
• Experience in innovation or coworking space design
