Description

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core payments and sponsorship offerings that enable scalable money movement and embedded finance solutions. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, commercially viable products.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with significant fintech, banking, or payments experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, regulated product domains with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of payments economics, risk trade-offs, and regulatory considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for payments and sponsorship platforms
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from opportunity identification through launch and optimization
• Partner with risk, compliance, operations, engineering, and external partners to deliver compliant payment solutions
• Translate regulatory requirements, network rules, and market dynamics into product direction
• Track product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights for continuous improvement
