You'll lead event technology tools for Snowflake's 10,000+ person events and oversee onsite execution. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams to deliver seamless experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead event technology tool scoping and implementation
• Oversee onsite technology including check-in kiosks and lead retrieval
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define technology needs
• Manage multiple technology vendors for high performance
• Drive weekly event tech workstream meetings and budget tracking

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience delivering events for 10,000+ attendees
• 8+ years supporting large scale B2B first-party events
• Day-to-day management of event technology budgets
• Proven success executing multiple events simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in-house at a large technology company
• Experience with RainFocus, Bizzabo, ShowUp, Eventbase, Braindate
