Description

You will support institutional and private wealth clients by responding to operational due diligence reviews, coordinating cross-functional responses, and managing investor relationships. Your work ensures timely, accurate deliverables and enhances team processes and client service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in alternative investments, ideally at a hedge fund
• Familiarity with hedge fund structures, fund operations, and institutional allocator due diligence
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Support investor operational due diligence reviews, including DDQs and custom questionnaires
• Coordinate cross-functional responses from Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology
• Maintain and update investor-facing documents and due diligence materials
• Manage investor information in CRM system and track diligence activities
• Attend and support investor meetings and calls
