💼 About This Role

You'll join a two-year Fast Track to Leadership program at Picnic, starting in our Fulfilment Center as a supervisor, then growing into an Operations Manager. You'll lead teams, optimize processes, and drive strategic projects across our supply chain. This role offers hands-on leadership training and national/international exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise a shift team in the Fulfilment Center 3 days per week
• Plan and coordinate team schedules and operational activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity
• Work on cross-site strategic projects like order process optimization

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (soon completed)
• First practical experience in supply chain through internships or student jobs
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
