💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair heavy equipment in a shop environment using proprietary T3 technology to diagnose and track work orders. Your work directly supports customer and company-owned machinery, enabling contractors to build efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of construction equipment
• Ability to understand schematics and diagrams
• High school diploma or equivalent
