💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI security initiatives across a SaaS platform and partner with engineering to embed security into the SDLC. You'll drive the design and delivery of secure product features for our coaching platform. This role offers strategic influence without formal authority.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design, build, and ship AI features.
• Drive application-level security architecture roadmap reviews.
• Assess and mitigate risks unique to GenAI and AI/ML model integration.
• Contribute to GitHub workflows, code releases, and deployment pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 4-5 years in AI/ML
• 5+ years Ruby on Rails experience
• Hands-on experience with SAST/DAST tooling and threat modeling
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to align security goals with product roadmaps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting bug bounty or coordinated vulnerability disclosure programs
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like ISO 42001
