💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain digital experiences across Redwood Credit Union's public websites, digital banking platform, and internal systems. You'll blend visual design, UX/UI, and content strategy to build accessible, high-quality experiences. This role combines hands-on design with cross-functional collaboration to enhance member-facing platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build responsive web and mobile experiences using UX principles.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Develop and update web content, including product pages and support articles.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers on projects.

📋 Requirements

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency.
• Mastery of graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Axure RP.
• Solid understanding of content management systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of Spanish language.
