💼 About This Role

You'll bridge sales and client success, overseeing technical implementation and ongoing relationship health for our lending and asset management platforms. You'll ensure seamless onboardings, expert training, and quick resolution of hurdles. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Capital Markets, and Product, acting as the operational glue for clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding through go-live
• Lead product walkthroughs and workflow training
• Handle technical provisioning including API key distribution
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in technical account management or customer success
• Proven experience with technical onboardings including API key management
• Track record of owning post-sale relationships and managing account health
• Understanding of mortgage or lending lifecycles is a plus

• Experience in FinTech, Lending, or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
