💼 About This Role

You'll assist in leading a team within our Super Payments stream, responsible for accurate processing of superannuation deposits and withdrawals. This hands-on role combines people leadership with strong technical expertise in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring service levels are met while balancing accuracy, risk and client experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and support team members through regular one-on-ones
• Provide technical leadership for complex Super Payments matters
• Monitor queues, workloads and priorities to meet service standards
• Drive a customer-centric, high-performing team culture

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Super Payments operations or financial services administration
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in an operational environment
• Strong technical understanding of payments processes and controls
• Solid knowledge of compliance, AML/CTF and operational risk requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• RG146 compliance
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related discipline
• Experience with Netwealth products and systems
