You'll manage and grow a portfolio of infrastructure partnerships at the Stellar Development Foundation. You'll develop deep familiarity with partners' technical capabilities and identify expansion opportunities. You'll see the direct impact of your work driving global financial access through blockchain.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of infrastructure partnerships as primary relationship owner.
- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance and identify gaps.
- Drive expansion by identifying new use cases and advocating for Stellar integrations.
- Monitor ecosystem health and flag risks like validator concentration or outages.
📋 Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
- Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure concepts (validators, RPC nodes, indexers).
- Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and disciplined account documentation.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Stellar network architecture and ecosystem.
- Background in compliance and risk analytics (KYC/AML) in financial services or crypto.
- Experience working with nonprofit or open-source foundations.
