You'll act as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead, driving high-stakes AI transformation for the UK's most critical government partners. You'll bridge cutting-edge research with operational mission needs. This role offers entrepreneurial ownership in a fast-growing national security and AI safety team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects
• Nurture relationships with government partners and technical stakeholders
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs for strategic AI use cases
• Bridge technical AI research and strategic mission challenges

📋 Requirements

• Solid foundation in national security domain
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery
• Effective communication of technical AI concepts to senior stakeholders
• Track record of supporting commercial growth

• Experience with AI safety red teaming or evaluation
• Background in defense or intelligence sectors
• Eligibility for UK Developed Vetting (DV)
