• Mentor staff engineers, tech leads, and senior engineers
• Unblock complex technical problems and drive engineering decisions
• Design and operate distributed backend services and data pipelines
• Build AI-driven workflow automation and intelligent agents

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Experience operating large-scale SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data models
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Cursor
