💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of NDT technicians in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring quality and safety in turbine engine component inspections. You'll oversee daily operations, certify to NAS410 standards, and drive production efficiency while mentoring your team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign work and monitor completion to meet production schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development discussions.
• Oversee NDT inspections ensuring compliance with OEM procedures.
• Ensure proper setup, processing, and documentation of part inspections.

📋 Requirements

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of NDT methods like FPI, MPI, UT, ET.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and instructions.
• Effective communication and team motivation skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• NAS410 Level II certification in one or more NDT methods.
• Experience in aerospace turbine engine component repair.
