You'll develop systems that orchestrate patient milestones, identify and prioritize discharge barriers, and prevent unit-level bottlenecks before they happen. Your work will directly improve care delivery by automating escalations and high-census communications across hospital operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop systems for patient milestone orchestration

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years backend experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, or JS/Angular
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals
• 4+ years designing and building scalable APIs
• 2+ years building UIs for frontend apps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event sourced architectures (Kafka)
• Experience with OOP and Functional Programming
• 2+ years developing container-based apps
