🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as lead engineer on substation design projects
• Delegate tasks and ensure projects stay under budget and on schedule
• Perform detailed quality reviews of project deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience with high voltage substation design
• Strong knowledge of utility standards and NESC
