You'll be the primary HR partner for Smartly's Manila employee population, supporting day-to-day people matters and core HR operations. You'll ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and use AI-enabled tools to improve HR efficiency. This hands-on role blends operational excellence with people partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary HR contact for Philippines-based employees and managers
• Execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
• Partner with managers on policy guidance, employee relations, and performance processes

📋 Requirements

• Strong HR experience with solid foundation in HR operations
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
• Experience using Workday and working with HR data
• Experience supporting managers on day-to-day HR topics

• Interest in using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows
• Experience with HRIS transactions and audits
