💼 About This Role

You'll drive launch excellence and adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems for BPH treatment in a key territory. You'll lead commercial efforts to establish Aquablation as a standard of care by building surgeon champions and hospital partnerships. This role balances tactical execution with strategic growth in a high-growth MedTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in hospitals
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard physicians
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth
• Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred)
• Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
