🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact research on jobs-to-be-done benchmarks for AI systems
• Design and run empirical studies of human-AI task performance
• Build AI systems and evaluation infrastructure for research
• Drive strategy for professional-domain AI benchmarks

📋 Requirements

• PhD in HCI, CS, or related field with empirical AI evaluation focus
• 3+ years post-PhD research experience including leadership
• Strong publication record at NeurIPS, CHI, or similar venues
• Expertise in experimental design and measurement for task performance

• Prior work on copilot-style systems or agentic workflows
