Description

You will lead a team of Occupational Health and Safety specialists and Lifecycle coordinators, overseeing the planning, implementation, and service levels. You'll manage complex OHS events across international jurisdictions and handle vendor invoicing, ensuring a safe work environment and superior employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point on OHS topics
• Identify and provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports
• Own recruitment, training, and mentoring of regional team
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Lifecycle team stakeholders
• Lead team through growth and smart scale operations to support multiple product streams
