๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage customer relationships for Outreach's agentic AI platform, driving value and adoption within an assigned territory of commercial customers. Your core impact is retaining customers and identifying expansion opportunities. This role offers a chance to partner with C-level executives and shape revenue strategies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of accounts with proactive engagement to drive value and adoption.
- Develop territory strategy plans to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.
- Manage renewals, expansions, and cross-sell attachments to protect revenue retention.
- Build partnerships with customers to realize value and optimize business processes.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of sales lifecycle management, account management, or customer success experience in SaaS.
- Strong business acumen to drive transformation with complex software.
- Ability to manage complex renewals and expansion sales cycles up to 4 months.

- Experience in sales operations and sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of Outreach platform or similar revenue intelligence tools.
