• Lead sales floor to deliver excellent customer experience
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Mentor and coach sales associates for performance improvement
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound oversight

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of retail experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Daily open availability across a full 7-day work week
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week
