You'll prepare cannabis products for processing by trimming and ensuring quality compliance. Your work directly supports production goals in a fast-paced facility. You'll receive starting pay of $19 per hour while adhering to strict state regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Trim cannabis plants following standard operating procedures
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and production areas
• Record METRC tags and data for analytics and post-harvest departments
• Assist other departments with tasks like cleaning and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1.5 years of work experience in a related industry or environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to secure work credentials from Maryland Cannabis Administration
