You'll define and lead the partnerships strategy for Nord Security's B2B team, managing a team to drive sustainable growth through affiliate and influencer channels. Your impact will include closing strategic deals, optimizing performance, and seeking new opportunities to expand our user acquisition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead partnerships strategy and execution
• Manage and foster a high-performing partnerships team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth initiatives
• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial agreements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate partnerships/account management with B2B products
• Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting targets
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities

• Working knowledge of CRO, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
