Description

Manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to meet production targets, oversee vehicle movement and repairs, and ensure quality standards. You'll coach team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid US driver's license with clean record past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly production goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coach, and develop team
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
• Review and approve mechanical/physical defects of inventory
