💼 About This Role

You'll manage technical accounting matters and financial reporting for a fast-growing autonomous maritime technology company. You'll build scalable processes and playbooks, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and supporting M&A activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and interpret complex accounting matters, draft memorandums.
• Prepare financial statements including equity, cash flows, and EPS.
• Assist with investor reporting, debt covenant compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience drafting technical accounting memos and policies.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Big 4 or national firm public accounting experience.
• Defense, aerospace, or government contracting experience.
