Description
You will develop and manage production schedules for cell therapy programs, forecast raw materials, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery in a GMP-regulated CDMO environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
- 5+ years production planning experience in CDMO, biopharma, or GMP-regulated life sciences
- Proven expertise in scheduling for clinical/commercial programs with risk mitigation
- Strong ERP (MS Dynamics 365 preferred), advanced Excel, and planning tools proficiency
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP, supply chain risk management, and S&OP processes
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules for client programs ensuring GMP compliance
- Monitor schedules, resolve conflicts and capacity constraints to prevent delays
- Lead raw material forecasting and supply monitoring for critical items
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, project management, and clients
- Contribute site operations insights to Sales Operations Planning meetings
