💼 About This Role

You'll lead information security monitoring and incident response for Cirque du Soleil's IT environment. Your work will directly protect the company's creative operations and global brand. This hybrid role is based in Montreal with 4 days in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review security events to detect and prevent potential incidents
• Analyze threats and identify containment strategies
• Maintain and evolve incident detection tools (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender)
• Manage security configurations (Microsoft Intune, Purview)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security or equivalent with relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in information security in a corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of IT security (risk analysis, protection measures, vulnerability management, encryption, monitoring)
• Proficiency with Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Purview), KQL, and PowerShell

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet network technologies
• Automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Power Platform)
• Specialized security certification (CEH, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC, etc.)
