- Provide on-site technical support and conduct chlorate process audits.
- Serve as primary technical contact, resolving product and process issues.
- Lead customer engagement activities: trials, site visits, training sessions.
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations to customers.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5โ10 years of technical service or process engineering in pulp & paper.
- Strong expertise in chlorate bleaching processes.
- Experience managing customer relationships in technical B2B settings.

- Experience with sales or commercial roles in pulp & paper.
- Familiarity with Responsible Care standards.
